The Rack-it slide assist device is CNC machined in either 6061-T6511 aluminum or Delrin. The Aluminum device is finished with a standard Type III Hardcoat anodize finish with PTFE impregnation (Teflon). Consistency within each color will vary. The Delrin Model is a highly composite thermoplastic material and available in Black only
The belt clip is made of CR1050 18 gauge spring steel which is heat treated to a 31-32 RC. It is then finished with a matte black standard powder coat finish for durability.
The wall mount bracket is of made CR1050 18 gauge spring steel and is then finished with a matte black standard powder coat finish for durability.
The SR/GS stand is made of 1/4" steel, welded together and finished with a gloss black standard powder coat finish for durability.
